Took a quick listen to some MA Platinum “bookshelf” speakers. Love the modern design and fit and finish is top-rate. Unfortunately, they were hooked up to a super-expensive, yet bland sounding Pathos amp. 00 per pair.

@Therocket433 Which velodyne’s are you using? Have you heard the new DD+ subs?
For bass add yourself velodyne sub or 2 like I have. Hard to beat. These things love clean high current power. Bryston 4BSST – 550 per channel in 4 ohms works great.
Currently running HK 990 @ 300 per channel into 4 ohms. Awesome! Great balance.
if you’re going to do a review of a set of speakers get your facts right first abefore starting the camera
saying it looks like a leather, or leather effect when it is actually leather makes all of your other comments lose creditability even if they are accurate.
I have been selling these since their launch and have to say that they are without doubt one of the best all around book shelf speakers i have experienced, even compared to products twice their price and size..
Lol your’n real expert…… Not
go buy yourself some JBL’s
@crooner12 of course. they’re for MUSIC, not for bassheads
i like all types of music except country
@MATUXAZ These things aren’t designed for lots ‘o bass and the “bass test” would be pretty disappointing.
do basstest on these.
